Penat nye terasa..tapi worth it!! :)

My Mr Diary dearest,
Rasanya, penat lelah utk SGB terbalas, since user are now can adapt with system. Walaupun mulut diorg tu bebel, contohnye:
1) Susah la guna system ni
2) Asek kena buat keja PC je, abis user sapa nak tgk?
3) Banyak nye nak kena tekan. Selayang tak mcm ni pun.
4) Eh, u buatlah. Staff i tak cukup nak buat register register ni.
And, compliments from user-tu dah bleh buat sejuk hati dah kan. Sbb sblm ni diorg selambe dek je maki2 dpn staff spital yg lain. And in front of d patient as well. I felt bad since sometimes wt they complaints is againts our control. But d way they mad, it's our fault. Example, tak smpat nak buat registration-for sure it's staffing matters. unfair if yr telling me i didnt study d workflow. Yet, ur not involve since the requirement stage as well.
Worse, if prob happened btween my team itself. Kalau u takleh solve prob tu, just say to me, u'll look into it. Dont la tell me u'll call Bill Gates! Annoying and Irritating u know! Huh...
tapi, lps pada tu, klu ada prob lg, mmg i kenakan u balik la kan...apaaa agi...panggil bill Gates aa datang kalau carik URL pun tak jumpa... hik2...ampun...
Wt i learnt from LIVE:
1) Control yrself when u get tense/ mad with anyone - susah tuu...
2) Control yrself when ppl around u dah start marah2, then u must be d one yg natural. Jgn terikut2 nak marah
3) Prioritize all problem given to u from helpdesk.
4) Bila dapat ad-hoc punya changes-Priorotize and plan well how to handle the changes. Bila dah LIVE ni, klu ada ad-hoc, payah la sket. So,this is where u brain works! Plan..plan..and plan...
5) Learn other module! Rugi woo klu tak involve. User might think that everyone knows all module. then, we must be ready with whateva module they might ask.
6) Point no 6 ni tatau la lesson learnt ke apa-Masa utk user "match make" kita ngn org lain. Masa ni la terbongkar mcm2 cerita...haish... ;) menarik jugak kdg2 tu. Ah, malu gitiewsss... haha..
Baby ira dah besar! Nak masuk 2 months dah. pasni nak kena tinggal ngn ibu dah. Tatau la cemana tu nti tu. Ibu jgn angish ye.Abi yg pegi oustation tu, tatau la angish ke tak masa kat luar KL tu..hehe..
